Coordinating the activities of the organization; Serving as chairperson of all full meetings of the organization and of the Executive Board; Serving as chief spokesperson of the organization; Issuing notice of meetings of the organization and of the Executive Board to all members; Administering and maintaining the BALRA email distribution list; and Serving as liaison to the Nominations Committee.

The responsibilities of the President-Elect include: Assisting the President as requested; Assuming the duties of the President in the event of the inability of the President to serve; Serving as Public Relations liaison (e.g. NALP, bar associations, city groups); Editing and Updating the BALRA Website.

Secretary: The responsibilities of the Secretary include: Keeping minutes of all meetings of the organization; Maintaining a record of the members of the organization which indicates all contact information; Preparing correspondence of the organization; Publishing and distributing an annual membership directory; and Billing and collecting dues from members.

Treasurer: The responsibilities of the Treasurer include: Receiving and depositing all funds belonging to the organization; Preparing and signing checks in payment of bills authorized for payment on behalf of the organization; Maintaining the financial records of the organization; and Preparing and issuing financial reports on the financial condition of the organization for each meeting.
